3. Die Sauce pürieren. Zurück in die Pfanne und wenn der Blumenkohl fertig ist diesen dazugeben und gut mit der Sauce vermischen.
4. Avocado schälen und kleinschneiden, Tomaten kleinschneiden, Koriander hacken und zusammen mit dem Mais in einem kleinen Schüsselchen verrühren und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
5. Die Tortillas kurz in der Pfanne erwärmen, ich habe gleich ein bisschen Käse aufgelegt, man kann ihn aber auch am Schluss darübergeben. Die Tacos mit Blumenkohl belegen, Salsa darüber sowie nach Belieben noch Sour Cream und mit einer Spalte Limette oder Zitrone servieren. Happy Taco Tuesday!
