    1. Fisch-Fond - 12. Fischstücke reindrücken - 13. Pfanne in den Ofen - 14. Muscheln mit der Öffnung nach unten drücken - 15. Alles andere oben drauf legen - 16. Unterhitz 200 Grad bis der Reis gut ist
