2. Das Gemüse grob hacken & zusammen mit dem Hähnchen in einem Topf mit ca. 1.4 l Wasser geben.
3. Alles aufkochen lassen. Die Gewürze hinzugeben und für ca. 50 Minuten auf mittlerer Hitze köcheln, bis das Hähnchen durchgegart ist. Eventuell noch etwas Wasser nachgießen, sodass es immer bedeckt ist.
4. Das Hähnchen herausnehmen, abkühlen lassen und mit zwei Gabeln oder den Fingern zerzupfen.
5. Die Brühe abseihen, 750 ml abschöpfen und zur Seite stellen.
6. Gemüse und Reis
7. Die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch hacken und die Paprika würfeln. In 2 EL Öl für 5 min anbraten.
8. Jetzt den Reis, das Brühepulver, das Tomatenmark und die restlichen Gewürze hinzugeben. Solange umrühren, bis alles verteilt und der Reis von den Gewürzen umhüllt ist.
9. Nun die zuvor abgeschöpfte Geflügelbrühe hineingießen und aufkochen lassen. Dann abdecken und für 15 min bei schwacher Hitze köcheln lassen.
10. Währenddessen die Bohnen für 10 min kochen und danach in kleine Stücke schneiden.
11. Die Möhren schälen und würfeln.
12. Die Möhren, die Bohnen und die Erbsen zum Reis geben und für weitere 5 min mit geschlossenem Deckel köcheln.
13. Zusammenführung & Verfeinern
14. Zuletzt das Fleisch untermengen und wieder 5 Minuten abgedeckt durchziehen lassen. Mit Salz & Pfeffer abschmecken.
15. Schlussendlich das fertige Arroz con Pollo mit Koriander garnieren und mit Beilagen nach Wahl servieren.
