  3. Währenddessen Basilikumblätter waschen und in dünne Streifen schneiden. Den Parmesan raspeln und mit dem bereits geriebenen Mozzarella vermischen. Auf die Zucchini-Scheiben jeweils einen Klecks Tomatensauce geben, diese dann mit Basilikumstreifen, geriebenem Käse oder Salami Stückchen belegen.
  4. Anschließend 10 Minuten im Backofen erhitzen, bis der Käse geschmolzen ist.
