Instructions to make Lasagne:
  1. Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen und darin das Hackfleisch scharf anbraten.
  2. Danach Honig und Zwiebeln in den Topf geben. Anschließend Tomatenmark hinzufügen und mit anbraten.
  3. Anschließend die Tomaten hinzugeben und mit Gewürzen eurer Wahl würzen. Mindestens eine halbe Stunde köcheln lassen.
  4. In einem anderen Topf die Butter zerlassen und warten, bis diese leicht sprudelt.
  5. Dann soviel Mehl hinzugeben, bis keine flüssige Butter mehr vorhanden ist und alles mit einem Schneebesen verrühren.
  6. Den Topf vom Herd nehmen und die Masse mit Milch aufgießen und glatt rühren. Zusätzlich noch Sahne hinzugeben und cremig rühren. Anschließend würzen mit Salz und Muskatnuss.
  7. Den Ofen auf 180 Grad einstellen.
  8. In der Zwischenzeit die Lasagne stapeln. Zuerst Bolognese dann Lasagneblätter und zu guter Letzt die Béchamel.
  9. Die letzte Schicht sollte die Béchamelsauce sein und darüber den Mozzarella streuen.
  10. Die Lasagne für 30 Minuten backen.
  11. Danach 10 Minuten stehen lassen und dann anschneiden.
