- Ich habe zuerst die Wraps nach dem Rezept von Sophie gemacht. Schau doch mal bei meinen Cooksnaps vorbei, dort findest du das Rezept. Ansonsten gehen auch die eingeschweißten aus dem Supermarkt.
- Die Wraps dann mit Frischkäse oder Creme Fraiche bestreichen. Und nach Belieben mit Kidneybohnen und Mais belegen. Da kann man sich gern ausprobieren! Hab es auch schonmal mit Paprika probiert.
- Darauf dann den Streukäse und etwas Gewürz geben. Ich hatte den Mexican Allrounder von Just Spices. Aber es geht ganz nach deinem Geschmack und was gerade bei dir zuhause zu finden ist. Mache das gern nach Gefühl.
- Den Wrap dann fest zusammendrücken, sodass beide Seiten aneinander kleben.
- Dieser wird dann in einer Pfanne mit etwas Sonnenblumenöl gebraten/frittiert bis beide Seiten knusprig braun sind.
- Und dann darf angerichtet werden und guten Appetit! Dazu schmeckt Chilli oder eine einfache Salsa sehr gut!
