In der Zwischenzeit in einer Schüssel Sojasauce, 1 EL Olivenöl, Chiliflocken, Knoblauch- und Paprikapulver mischen. Anschließend den Tofu in die Schüssel bröseln und gut mit der Marinade vermischen.
  2. Die Tofubrösel auf einem Blech mit Backpapier verteilen und 40 Minuten bei 180°C rösten.
  3. Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken und in einer Pfanne mit Olivenöl glasig anbraten. Dann die Tomaten hinzufügen und mit Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Die Sauce auf kleinster Stufe köcheln lassen und die Tofubrösel hinzufügen, wenn sie fertig sind. Ich fülle meist die leere Dose von den Tomaten noch mal mit Wasser und gieße dieses dazu, damit die Sauce nicht zu dick einkocht.
  4. In der Zwischenzeit die Nudeln nach Packungsangabe zubereiten und alles zusammen servieren.
