  2. Zucker unterrühren. Zugedeckt ca. 1 1/2 Stunden köcheln. Dabei gelegentlich umrühren. - Ca. 10 Minuten vor Ende der Garzeit Deckel abnehmen und offen zu Ende kochen.
  3. Nudeln in kochendem Salzwasser nach Packungsanleitung zubereiten. - Milch unter die Bolognese rühren. - Bolognese mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Basilikumblättchen abzupfen. Parmesan hobeln. - Nudeln abgießen und mit der Bolognese-Soße mischen. - Auf Tellern anrichten. Mit Parmesanhobeln bestreuen und mit Basilikum garnieren.
  4. Tipp: Wer den Sellerie nicht mag, einfach weg lassen. Dafür dann den gebratenen Pancetta hinzufügen. - Das habe ich gemacht, da leider nicht drin steht, was man damit machen soll oder einfach drüber streuen.
