4. Wenn ihr den Kuchen möglichst hell backen wollt, empfiehlt sich das backen im Wasserbad (geht aber auch ohne). Für das Wasserbad eine ofenfeste Form mit Wasser gefüllt mit in den Ofen stellen. - Den Kuchen dann bei 170 Grad Heißluft ca. 45 Minuten backen.
