  3. Pizzateig kneten und platt drücken. Nicht versuchen eine große Calzone zu machen.
  4. Ein paar Spritzer Olivenöl auf den Teig geben. Ein wenig von der Mischung auf dem Teig verteilen. Schinken in Scheiben schneiden und dazulegen. Parmesan/Mozzarella und zuletzt den Basilikum darüber geben.
  5. Den Teig in der Mitte falten. Den Rand mit den Fingern umklappen. Auf die zugeklappte Calzone weitere Tomatensauce streichen.
  6. Die Calzone im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 250°C für 4-5 Minuten auf der mittleren Schiene backen.
