  3. Den Teig in die Muffinform geben und in einer kleinen Schüssel den Vollrohrzucker mit Zimt und gemahlenen Mandeln mischen und über den Muffinteig streuen, dann kann man sie noch mit gehobelten Mandeln dekorieren und für ungefähr 25 Minuten im Backofen backen und genießen.
