- In einer Schüssel die Butter mit Zucker vermischen, dann die Eier dazu, Vanille, Backpulver und zum Schluss den Ananas-Sirup und das Mehl und alles vermischen. Den Teig in die Muffinförmchen geben und ungefähr zwischen 12 und 15 Minuten bei 180 Grad im Ofen backen und wenn sie fertig sind, vorsichtig warm aus der Form nehmen und dann genießen.
